“Empowering our Ohana through the martial arts.” On The Rock offers karate, boxing and kung fu for kids (ages 5–12) and adults (13 and up), plus women’s self-defense, taught by experienced instructors. Students of every level build confidence, respect, discipline, safety and control that carry beyond the dojo.
